Dr. Bolton takes a holistic approach to health care and addresses not only the symptoms but the root of the problem. He effectively treats neck and back pain and has a special interest in athletic injuries. He uses evidence based chiropractic techniques including rehab, soft tissue treatments, acupuncture, and state of the art modalities to reduce pain, improve function and maximize performance.

Dr. Chelsea McQuade graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2022. She has an extensive history of working with athletes due to being a part of a number of sports organizations including Major Series Lacrosse, Varsity Hockey, League One Soccer, and our local OHL team the Peterborough Petes. Throughout her education she furthered her knowledge by becoming certified with Integrated Needling Acupuncture and First Responder CPR. She also has taken courses with CCMI involving concussion management.


Amy graduated from Fleming College in 2017. She has experience treating a wide range of injuries such as sprains, strains, chronic pain and everyday discomforts her clients are experiencing. Amy is trained in multiple massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue and connective tissue massage. She focus’ on her clients needs with treatment plans based specifically on the outcomes they are looking for and by prescribing homecare.

Amy Giroux 


Sammy graduated from the Massage therapy program at Fleming College in 2022, after earning a BA in Human Kinetics from STFX University in Nova Scotia in 2020. She is committed to providing professional massage in a safe, comfortable and positive space. She can treat a variety of conditions, injuries, general maintenance and chronic pain. Throughout her treatments Sammy utilizes a large variety of techniques including Gentle (relaxation) massage, traditional Swedish massage, stretching, trigger point therapy and remedial exercise techniques to optimize your relaxation. 

Katy has worked in the Administrative field for over 4 years. Starting her administrative career as a Dental Receptionist, she has since discovered her new passion and interest surrounding all things medical. Katy utilizes her knowledge and experience by managing the schedule, booking patients, answering the phone, and all other administrative duties, in an organized and proficient way. Katy thrives on helping others, making sure each and every patient is looked after, and continues to be a smiling face each time you enter the clinic.
